Asparagus production line

This production line consists of a washing machine, sorting and grading conveyor belt, peeling conveyor, blanching machine, cooling machine, multi-functional cutting machine, and segmented bamboo shoot grading machine.
The washing machine employs a combination of bubble action and high-pressure spraying for superior cleaning results. Asparagus is conveyed via the sorting and grading conveyor belt to the peeling conveyor belt for skin removal. The peeling machine features separate feed ports for asparagus stalks and peelings. Following peeling, the asparagus undergoes blanching in the blanching machine. The blanching machine features two-stage blanching with automatic control of time and temperature.
